Best place for any kind of glasses... I mean their offer and price is much better than the others local stores and their expertise easily found one's problem and serve in a better way 😁

The staff was very friendly, cordial, and helpful. It made my experience indefinitely better and easier, hence a wonderful memory. Thank you so much to the kind gentleman at the store, it was a very good experience, especially to learn from as someone who went by themself for the first time!

Even for fixing the smallest screw , they need to send your spectacles to Kolkata for a week or 2. Whether they don't know anything about their work or intentionally waste your time . Worst after sell service . Won't purchase anything in future from this outlet at least .

I gave 4star because... I have visited rampurhat, Kolkata lenskart hub also..but behaviour with customer in Bolpur is Little bit rough..not soo good..that doesn't mean they are behaving badly..they are good but not soo much I get from other two.. I went there but they said wait for sometime but someone who came later who is known to them the owner said I was waiting for you and he sent for eye test 1st..so if you are known to them then you will get more priority.. otherwise good.
