I called today it's sunday ... One lady pick up after soo many calls later... And Told me " ki hoyche" like I'm her maid or servant... Like I disturbed her ... Thn I Asked her About appointment if possible today .. she told me how is it possible it's sunday but their website said it's might be open.. if she not suppose to tell me how I knw about the timming. I'm also a hospital staff I knw how to talk with a patient party..but this The lady I don't knw who she is totally cheap , unprofessional and ridiculous bad .. she won't knw how to talk with a patient.... plZ 🙏 do not talk like that tone with the patients ... Bad bad bad behaviour... 1 star ⭐
