Best eye care facility in Sodepur....very well behaved staffs.... caring doctors....Dr. Joydeb Kundu is remarkable....he himself made a call, the next day after the cataract surgery of my father to know the present condition of patient

Not good at all. We visited that place on 29.10.2023. Dr. J Kundu attended the patient. He did not say anything about what had happened. Simply prescribed an eye drop. That did mot work for the patient. Any relative is not allowed to visit chamber.

Good experience with this hospital.They have all the facilities related to eyes.behaviour and responsibility sense of Doctors and staffs are really good.....

Very good experience in this hospital, Dr. Kundu is exceptionally good and their behaviour is also very good.

One of the worst Eye hospital. The behalf of front office staff is really rude. You can't access to the higher authority even in any issue. When appointment made no sms for confirmation is given. You may miss guided.

A very bad eye clinic. If anyone is reading my review, I would suggest not to visit that clinic. My mother had an appointment with Dr. Joydeb Kundu today. After the clinic, we had the following experience: 1) The doctor checked my mother, hardly for 3-4 minutes, rest of the service was provided by his inefficient and illmannered assistant. 2) The assistant neither allowed any patient party to enter the doctor's chamber, nor did the doctor say, what has happened to the patient. My mother asked him, what was diagnosed, but he didn't say anything. 3) The assistant told that my mother had cataract, but while delivering the prescription, the receptionist told that my mother had glucoma, for that my mother will have to do a test worth Rs. 1800, from their clinic only. 4) I was sitting in the reception for 2.5 hours, and I observed that the doctor was not advising any patient, but his receptionist is giving advices to all the patients. Every patient was suggested, that they should do a test worth Rs. 1000, minimum. The test was to be done from their clinic only. Today, it was our first experience and obviously our last experience. The doctor is sitting there only to make money. He follows a certain trick for that, he never suggests any test, or give any advice to patients. So, if any person finds out that he is scaring the patients with wrong advice, he can straight away deny that, because technically, he didn't say anything. The entire blame will be on the receptionist. But this is the money making approach of the doctor:: scare patients by saying glucoma and all, make them do unnecessary tests and squeeze as much money you can. My mother had lost her glasses, so she went for a power check up. The advice was glucoma, cataract and what not. Never visit this clinic. It's a total waste of time and money.

Recently I've visited there to check my eyes and the Staff's and Doctor's behaviour was very good. Everything was so systematic and everyone was proficient in their respective field. ☺️ They've check with 3-4 types of machine to check the visual power and all.

Place is very much hygienic and sterilisation protocols are maintained very strictly. From temperature checking to providing hand sanitisers to patients, every steps are being taken care of! The founder Dr Joydeb kundu is a nice person.I know him personally. He listens to your problems patiently and then explains everything clearly to the patient.Modern treatment modalities are being provided here.
