Very good service. Professional behaviour. Good infrastructure. Our doctor was very good. This is a medium-sized clinic with reasonable prices and services. Located inside PS Qube building beside CC2. One issue is parking. They do not have own parking so street parking( just outside) has to be done. Less crowded on Saturdays. If bringing aged person, have to drop them inside, then park car outside. Toilet is in the same floor near lift. Have to walk few minutes from clinic to toilet. Near toilet there is drinking water. They have small Optical shop inside. OT is on other floor. One person goes with patient till the OT door.

I have visited this place at Newtown branch today due to an eye infection. Doctor have checked , prescribed some medicine n ask me to report after 5 days. But when I asked the receptionist I have come to know that while reporting also I have to pay the visit of Rs 600 once again. This is very unethical practice according to me I have paid the doctor once for the check up n medicine then why should one had to pay again for reporting. In other places doctor never charged twice for reporting that too within 5 days. This is very wrong. Will never recommend this place to other. Sorry to defer with your opinion. As it's an eye problem then 2nd time check up is a normal procedure to check the medicine works or not n it needs to continued or not n every eye care centre follow the same but they never charged twice like you. This charge should be removed.

I brought my friend here other day since he was having problem with his eyes. We reached at location mentioned in address on google and there was no hospital. Wasted cab money and time at critical time. Please update the location or it may cause greater loss to someone coming to this address during emergency. No use of having best facilities if can't even find the hospital, please focus on this.

My father recently got his surgery done which was successfully. The doctor and staff are very polite, professional and extremely patient with each and every person who visits them. Excellant hospital for your eyes.

I took my dad for cataract surgery. Dr Anuria De is fantastic as a person. However the surgery doesn't seem to be successful. It has been almost a month but the vision has not been clear yet. I first gave 5 rating but changing it now to 3 as I am not satisfied & even worried about my father. The surgeon always gave us assurance that everything should be fine however now referring us to retina specialist. I really have a doubt now.
