I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Agarwal’s Eye Hospital (Peerless branch). The doctors and staff were highly professional, friendly, and attentive. The hospital maintains excellent hygiene, and the waiting time was minimal.

Very poor service. Lackadaisical attitude of every staff member be it a receptionist or the doctor herself Dr Tisha Sharma. It was for my 2 yr 7 month old son and they kept us waiting for more than 2.5 hrs. Even to write a prescription, doctor took 25 mins and consulted for not even 2 mins. Very much dissatisfied.

Most of the medicine (drops) prescribed in prescription are not available outside Peerless Dispensary, please keep in mind. Patients are required to wait for too long. Dr Samar Sengupta & team was good and helpful. Over all experience was not bad.
