I was initially very fearful and hesitant about getting LASIK done, but the entire experience turned out to be much smoother than I expected. Dr. Suven Bhattacharjee sir and his team were extremely professional, and supportive throughout the process. Their calm and confident approach helped ease my anxiety and made the procedure feel comfortable.

The front desk staff at Nayan Eye center are not helpful and indifferent to patient's needs or requirements.The staff needs to be trained to accommodate different kinds of patients.Staff behaviour disappointing.

The behavior of all the staffs towards patient and patient party are very nice. Dr Suven Bhattacharjee is an excellent Doctor and very nice person.

I recently consulted with Dr. Suven Bhattacharjee for my mother's cataract surgery. She had a slight complication in one eye and was a bit nervous about the procedure in general. From the beginning, Dr. Bhattacharjee took great pains to put her worries to rest, and took time out to explain the process and our options in great detail to us. On the day of the surgery, as well as during the post op check ups, he was communicative, warm and extremely professional. His clinic is also really well maintained, and his staff courteous and efficient. Additionally, they are quite punctual in terms of appointments, which as you know can be a rarity with doctors who are in demand. My mothers surgery and recovery went off without a hitch and we are really happy with our decision to go with Dr. Bhattacharjee.
