Netaji Eye Hospital

It's a good eye hospital at Behala, Sarsuna in front of LIC EZTC Office. They are provide a good treatment for eye.

It's a bogus or fake eye hospital, poorly maintained and dirty. Eyes are sensitive part of the body, don't take risk. Check up and operation theatre are not even in the same building, after check up patient is asked to go to another building which is in a different plot on his or her own conveyance. As it is a charitable hospital, Doctors who come to operate don't give their 100%.

Everytime we visit the hospital, we have to buy mask and head cap( disposable) . Which cost in the market is ₹3/- . But here in the hospital We have to pay ₹20/- everytime. And it's compulsory, without buying these they will not start your treatment..

In my view, the most useless service is here, no one here gives clear communication to the patients, the staff has no experience, to improve this hospital, the staff should be trained first.

Don't want to give least star at all. The worst service I've ever faced here. I was waiting more than 1 hour to get only my specs power copy. So ridiculous behaviour some of they showed.

I visited this hospital for my child but they did not response properly, so I came back after waiting aprox 2 hours from hospital without check up of my child. It is very bad experience for me.

A charity eye hospital, that charges very minimal basic expenses for old age eye surgeries. Good hospital. Amvience has to improve.

Eye check up done well here with good professionals and equipments. But the frame and lense prices are little high
