I have been getting my spectacles from this showroom for over a decade now. I always enjoy shopping here. Great ambiance , very helpful staff. They are very knowledgeable on the product they are selling and they always help me in selecting the frames and the lenses.

I have been a regular customer since 2006. But now a days I could see that staffs' behavior has been very much against the customers. I visited both Nagerbazar and Kajipara outlets and found same for both. For the 1st time I am bound to go online. Their quality has drastically gone down

When you are looking for good comfortable premium glasses, this is the location. Good staff and a great company.

They act cheap and don't undertake minor fittings / adjustments of late if you are not their existing customer.. They also politely misbehave in front of other Customers & Staff if you don't agree to whatever they have to say.. Being located at a prominent place have made them Arrogant.. So beware before and after purchasing from them. Thanks
