Wounderfull & very heart touching experience I have gathered afrer the Left Eye Cataract Operation Of my Mother who is having the Cornea problem also under Dr. Jayangshu Sengupta who is an excellent Doctor with his golden hand as well as his very jovial & generous behavior. He is an Outstanding Doctor. All the Nurses , Opthalmologist & All other Officials even the Security person (Specially the aged person famous with CHACHA) are very humble & Cooperative with the Patient & there family member. Specially I must recognize Soma Chowdhury Ma'am for her very positive, promt & generous approach towards the patient. My Mother is very very happy & feeling comfortable also.

I EXPERIENCED VERY POOR BEHAVIOR FROM A LIFT MAN NAMED, 'DULAL PANDIT' WHEN I ASKED HIS NAME, HE SAID "যাকে খুশি বলুন কি করবেন বুঝে নেব" AND A 'NIS' WARD ASSISTANT NAMED 'KOFUR' VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR HE DELIVERED. Yesterday My father admitted for a cataract Surgery, Not a sigle management staff was there, a 'NIS' ward assistant and a Nurse was there, this was make us very disappointed. Atleast we expect some good behavior from them those who are attending patient party. I am also from Health sector, I left hospital by carring too much bad experience.

I am Dr. B K Sikdar, a 1978 pass out of NRS Medical College. I had my cataract operation on 10th Feb 2025. Really impressed by the proficiency of Dr. Archena Khetan, of course including her patient friendly behaviour. I had an uneventful recovery and all restrictions were off on 8th day.
