Titan Eyeplus

I recently visited Titan Eye Plus Serampore to purchase watches for my family members, excited about the selection they offer. However, my shopping experience was far from comfortable due to a major issue with the air conditioning. The store was extremely suffocating, making it difficult to stay inside for long. Despite my initial plan to buy multiple watches for my family, I had to cut my visit short due to the unbearable atmosphere and ended up purchasing only a single watch for myself. A pleasant shopping experience is key when selecting something as personal as a watch, and I hope the store takes prompt action to fix the ventilation issue so that customers can shop comfortably.

Awesome collection, a bit on the pricey side but they have a bunch of discounts and the products as well as the service is top notch, quite satisfied with the last visit, highly recommended for all.

Staff behaviour is awesome. The level of customer service is superior. Collection of watches are just marvelous. Excellent support is provided by the sales associate. Overall, a premium level shopping experience I have got.
