Very bad behaviour. Rudeness level is very high and they don't want to show frames. Don't visit this place it's a big red flag.

Very Average range of collection if compared to price ranges. If you are looking for an alternative to Lenskart this is a good option but NOT GREAT. Since Lenskart offers free Eye Check up they have an upper edge compared with Malay Op. They have another shop at K.J. SANYAL ROAD just opposite to Lenskart store. Personally, I used to be a Lenskart user, i had high hopes from Malay OP but those aspirations went down the drain when I saw the price tag. The specs quality are good enough but price is on the higher side.

Best Optical Clinic in Malda. Also they have a huge collection of lens and frames, ranging from luxury to daily use products.

They are no1 cheater in Malda. I bought a 1400 Blue ray lens from them & they gave me duplicate lens. After 3 days of use it was broken. When i made contact with them for their assitance they simply ignored & said we can't do anything. Please please for god sick , do visit any footpath's Optical shop but never ever visit to this cheaters 👉 They will loot you & took everything but gives you the worst product 👉 I am requesting from my heart please do not visit please please 😖🙏
