Had a hassle free experience for my mother's cataract operation. The process was smooth running and the service providers were polite and eager to help. They have a basic cafe on the ground floor too.

I took my mom for a cataract operation. The whole process was very smooth and streamlined. The staff were very helpful. The doctor was also very humble and skilled. The whole process from admission to release took nearly 3 hours. Over all, I am very satisfied. We took the 45k per eye package and did it via mediclaim. They processed the whole thing without asking for too many documents or sending me here and there. P.S - I loved the reception area. Kudos to the perosn who decorated it.

Recently visited here for an eye checkup. Staffs are cooperative and the process was smooth and hassle free. It was a wonderful experience.

Superb experience. My father’s was a complicated case of cataract. Doctors explained to me in detail the procedure and the possible outcomes before the surgery. Surgery went of well and the outcome was excellent….the best part is my father is extremely happy to get his normal vision back. Need to mention personalised service by the very polite staff. The main doctor is really nice He seems experienced but the junior docs hardly spent 2 mins in checking the specs power amd assigned me wrong power. The glasses I made from here initially said that they will change for free if any issues, but when I called back, they said we cant change The junior doc assigned me extra power and I am having real trouble in vision now. I had to visit another doctor to recheck my powers and he said yes, the power is incorrect. I had to take another specs and spend extra money time effort for the bad service and quality of doctors there. I would never recommend anybody there.

Dr Arnab Biswas is an excellent eye surgeon. He is a well behaved person. His dream project is Alo Eye Care. Now functioning very well. Neatly designed. All staff members are very supportive and efficient. I pay my gratitude to all of them.

The best eye care clinic! My mother in law is a diabetic patient and had cataracts issue in both eyes.Dr. Surya Gupta and the staff were very caring and thoughtful. The facility was nice , clean and well equipped . Would highly recommend!
