Terrible Experience Due to Rude and Unprofessional Staff! I recently visited Raniganj MJM Eye Hospital, and while the doctors are skilled and professional, the staff behavior is absolutely horrible. The way they treat patients is unacceptable—they are rude, unprofessional, and act like they own the place. The worst part is the announcement counter guy, who talks to people like a mafia boss rather than a hospital staff member. They also cheat in the line system, allowing people to skip ahead while others wait for hours. There's no proper management, and when you try to ask anything, they behave arrogantly instead of helping. A hospital should be a place of care and respect, but here, the staff's attitude ruins the entire experience. I would not recommend this hospital unless they seriously improve their staff’s behavior. Management needs to take strict action against these rude employees.

Very bad behaviour of all staff, all patients are invited for eye operation at 8:30 am but doctor will come after 3pm after other place visit, patients are treated as like road dogs, In spite of date fixed for operation why doctor harassment to patients and visit other area? Today we reached raniganj for operation of my Bhabi at 8:30 am all Day suffering and waiting for doctor, he came after 3:30 pm and operation done at 5:30 pm, reached home at 8:30 pm. Patients harasses not only by staffs also Doctor.

Today 25-12-2024 I visited the hospital behaviour of their staff was horrible they wasting my time saying that they are busy with thier tea and gossip with their self when I object they told me that you have wait otherwise you can go l can't understand how can one behave like this with a patient. I have never seen such a pethatic condition in any hospital. Management of the hospital should teach their staff that how to behave with a patient.

Very nice hospital for eye related treatments. For fresh visit>Just Go to the OPD counter> Make a payment of Rs. 300/-> Go to the reception at hall & Check your number> Wait at Hall> wait for the Nurse/Compounder call to visit of Doctor. (DAILY Timing Starts from 0830 hrs).

I visited doctor in this hospital today on 22/08/2024. I came and saw very nice service. Everyone from nurse to doctor in this hospital is really appreciable.Thanks everyone.

Good Place but crowded. I went there for eye checkup. I have to wait 3 hours for my call as there are so many peoples. But very systematic. Cost is 80 rupees for OPD. If you wants check up it in less crowdy way come in evening (4 PM to 6 PM) visiting charge 300 rupees.

Bad experience. Bad behaviour. The staffs were shouting at patient very loud unnecessarily. After OT staffs demand rupees. If you don't pay them then they harras the patients and their families.
