Titan Eye+ at Jungli Ghat, Port Blair

Extremely poor service. I placed an order on 1st October and they kept making excuses after I repeatedly called them. Finally gave me the delivery on 28th October, after one whole month. Later when I checked the online bill it was 100/- lesser than what they had charged me, I asked why they charged me more and did not mention it on the bill to which they answered the charges must have gotten reduced, which is absolutely absurd. Also, it is noteworthy how I made the purchase and payment on 1st October but on the bill they mentioned the purchase date to be 15th October, anyway I got the 100/- back. Not even one month of using it with utmost care, the lens popped out of the frame and broke the frame too ( it wasn’t because of falling of the glasses or any careless handling, the lens was so tightly fitted and poorly made it literally popped out of the frame while it was on my eye), went there to ask them about it and they straight up refused saying that it was the fault of the frame. The lens isn’t even the right shape , and when I let them know that it just popped out they right away refused to help me. I pay money, wait for a whole month for my glasses, they are poorly made, and then in a month they get damaged. Definitely wasn’t the kind of service I was expecting from a reputed brand like Titan.

Whoever going to buy here check the reviews and decide....Worst service ever I have faced...they dint even properly listen to my need and made wrong order... initially they will tell 7days delivery time don't trust them they will make upto 16 days...I ordered power glass and I gave my previously wearing eyeglass size but they made it very very big they and I ordered for colour lens but they gave colourless lens worst service ever in titan ....they don't even listen to ur requirement simply they will place orders on their own...Give some attention to customer requirements and customer support

Worst eyeglass shop I ever seen.... They are not capable to understand your need that a person need the eyeglasses as soon as possible and they are taking of two to three weeks to give the eye glasses initially they promised us to give the eyeglasses within one week but now they are saying that they will give after 3 to 4 week what type of nonsense is this I can't able to understand they have no sense to know that how much important the eyeglasses is for the person who have the power in their eye it is very difficult in day to day life They just give excuses.... I will prefer if you are ready to wait for 4 to 5 weeks that is of one month for your specs which is technically impossible that if a person holding power in his eyes cannot be live a day without the eye glasses 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬😢

Very late delivery they will say that when you will get in 5 or max 7 days but they wont keep that time atleast they will make it 25 days😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My experience is very pathetic they take a months to give the product and as I am suffering from high power loss you all know that how important for a person who having power in his eyes to have eyeglasses as soon as possible but taking a months to deliver my product where is the promised me to give the product within 1 week what type of nonsense is this

Very poor in customer service & support once money is paid for the ordered lens & frame. Delivery of item is delayed & no satisfactory response from the staff at Junglighat Branch. They don't pick-up phone nor they convey when the delivery is expected. Made mistake to have ordered glasses worth Rs. 28000 from them.
