Worst service response. I paid and placed an order about 45 days back. They placed order wrong and I still didn’t receive my order. Even if it is not done intentionally atleast once they realise they placed order wrong, it is least etiquette for atleast one person to take responsibility and resolve issue. No one takes responsibility to fix their fault, No one has proper training to place basic order properly Very poor response. Better to place orders ourself, if any issue happens no one takes responsibility and help customers. After all that they still don’t know when I will get my order or they didn’t even refund my amount after causing this much headache

Service and eye checkup is good. Coustomer caring also good but they say buy one and get one free but no Even if you have gold membership of you buy one you need to pay 1000 rupees extra to get another item. So buy one get one free is scam here

The working people at the store are so negligible she is responding recklessly I had to repeat everything twice other than that evrything is good

Worst behaviour and too much arrogance of staff members.if someone asks anything about specs and plans they feel irritating to respond

We told you to courier the spects to Bangalore address.No responce still, also i am trying to call the store number but noone responding to calls.. Lenskart Anantapur branch is one of the worst service I have ever seen. I am following up this from past 17days.

Just now went to lenskart outlet and asked to fix some screw which is stuck in my eye wear but they denied saying this can’t be fixed and asked that I have insurance or not. As I dnt have insurance they said we can’t fix it and they said screw got struck, wondering part is they have not even used screw driver they have scanned with there eyes like Robo and said it can’t be fixed and with in 500 meter I can see some local shop and went there and they fixed in 4 mins of time.
