Provides good treatment, suggestions and no problem with the doctor. But there is a problem with the opticals shop within hospital by name eyetex opticals the response provided is fast but of bad quality. I personally suggest not to buy spects/lens from them(eyetex opticals/optical shop within Rachana eye hospital) because they charge expensively but the response or actions are of bad quality. I took spects from them for which they charged me ₹900 for normal fibre lenses and rimless frame. I used those spects for about 2 weeks for normal use (I have sight so while reading, doing all activities) only smooth use. After 2 weeks frame became loose and it started shaking. Then I went to eyetex opticals and gave it for refitting/servicing so that I can use daily. For that refitting they took around a week time period and they had made my frame worst, it has lost all of its colour. After refitting I am unable to read clearly with those glasses because while refitting they had changed the shape of frame slightly (that change in shape inturn effects viewing angle). I won't buy spects again from them and also won't suggest that shop to anyone. I had given 4 star rating only for doctor's treatment, response, patience. Actual colour of my spects frame is in gold. But at refitting colour is totally got removed. They also applied fevikwik on glasses. Thank you.

Spect's are very expensive infact they're not worth. Dr will go for treatment if he happens to see their profits. God save the patients.

We bought couple of Glass pairs here . We are very satisfied with Quality of frame and lenses . Strongly recommending to buy glasses for latest models.

Doc is good, but horrible mosquitos in hospital better go with mosquito repellents.

Doc is very aggressive, he listens to problem and then make fun of it, he only listens but don't understand. Thing is every person don't have similar issues, as a doc he needs to understand the problem.

Yeah it’s absolutely great and the quality is damn good …… totally good and nice guide by the management I am very happy with this eye care

I went for contact lenses and the service was really good. They have explained how to put lens properly.

He never suggested any thing to me ,I have 0.5 sight ,only spects he suggested
