Service is excellent. Facing with issue of loose frames since a long time. Not only he fixed the issue, but also explained what is the root cause. Abbas sir, you really are awesome. Thanks a lot for fixing my glasses. Additionally the tips he gave - cleaning glasses frequently and taking off glasses with both hands etc are quite helpful. Overall great service. Titan, you can be proud of such ppl who will delight the customers with amazing support.

Excellent in service and staff behaviour is good. But, There is an issue regarding payment method. There is no card swipe and no online UPI payment, they accepting only physical cash. All customers are facing this same issue..

Very nice collection, rayban fasttrack all brands available here. Customer support is very good.. Mr Sk Ghouse showed all the models with lot of patience.. Even old glasses service also very good here.. Must visit.

Good service and l impressed with kind behavior of the staff

Extremely disappointed. The frameless glasses fitting is completely unprofessional. I have returned it in the first instance. But they said they will redo it. But still the caps were not attached properly. They don't have even a proper lab where cutting and fitting is done.
