The staff was super friendly, but I have to say—the receptionist really stole the show! Her warm smile and charming way of speaking made my check-up feel more like a pleasant visit than a routine appointment. Might need to come back soon… even if just to say hi again!

Such a worst experience..they treated like a government hospital ..after meeting doctor we had to wait almost 3 hours to know that counseling team is busy to explain further treatment ..finally the reception told us the come next day to meet ..never expected these unprofessional way of dealing with patience ...I would rather give NO star to Agarwal hospital GUNTUR Branch... Hope management team will look into the concerned department

Over crowded, limited seating area, poor OP management. When I was in Nellore I visited Agarwal clinic and could complete my OP in 45 minutes, It was crowded too but there was proper handling and management. This facility is par below the standards of Agarwal’s eye clinic. There was no process, no one guides OP patients rather than asking them to wait without even telling how long it takes to get a call in limited seating area. Also if you know someone no matter when you come you would get first chance to visit the doctor. Even after of couple of negative reviews and their responses to improve the system, I can say that there is no improvement and their response was for the sake of response. I hope they meet their objectives and take proper care of the patients. I look forward for improvements in my next visit. And the silver lining is work flow is great and everything is paperless and yes staff was very courteous.

For the first time without applying eye drops today my eyes were checked and i was advised to wear glasses forever and prescribed drops for one month. After entering details in reception i was asked to wait in first floor. After half an hour i got a call and some test was done. There i was told that drops would be applied. After fifteen minutes another test was done after that one more test done and asked me to go to second floor. There after nearly 45 minutes final test was done and prescribed glasses and drops.

The process took so much time. I've waited more than an hour.rather than that remaining all are fine thank you for the services.

Not happy .8/2023 I had surgery on my right Eye. Now I came for left eye. Appointment time and waiting time to meet doctors and the treatment of the some staff is not upto the mark.Ready to give my personal opinion. Not going to recommend anyone also.Only for Dr.Meghana k we came here for second Surgery..

Even though we had booked our slot kept waiting for more than 3 hours.... Makes no sense in booking the slot early Apart from that it's good

I went for cataract surgery doctor referred to counselling lady the said Alcon company Lens it's good quality super lens but surgery cost 70000/- lens cost 8000/- means agarwal eye hospital looting 62000/- of surgery amount it's not fare but they don't give detail surgery cost because it's like scam business
