P Narasimha Rao MBBS,DO(Madras) Anterior Segment Surgeon He is a very experienced doctor My mother gets treated here since 2016. He is friendly,Polite and a lovable personality. He charges only 200/- for OP which is comparatively very less for a senior experienced doctor like him. Sir stays with his family above the hospital. I even goto know that he doesn't charge for poor people.That's Dr.Narasimha Rao.

I am a patient of the doctor for a very long time. Yes the doctor is knowledgeable and bills are fine when considered to other corporate hospitals. But the staff behaves as if the doctor is god. Doctor makes the patients wait and speaks to medical reps and others infront of patients for a long time. And the doctor have no courtesy to ask the patient what the problem is. A staff member asked me what my problem is and the whole communication is done by her not by the doctor. THE DOCTOR, DESPITE SITTING NEXT, DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO UTTER A WORD OUT OF HIS MOUTH, which very very very RUDE and UNACCEPTABLE. If I am there to speak with the staff and the doctor is there to write the prescription then I don't recommend this clinic. It is the sole responsibility of the doctor to talk to the patient and answer their doubts. But instead they are rushing patients out. I have deep respect for the doctor but the way the doctor and staff behaved during my op is not acceptable. Don't treat the patients as some low living creatures. DOCTOR and staff SHOULD LEARN TO RESPECT THE PATIENTS and their TIME.

We are satisfied with the treatment & facilities available at the hospital. Narasimha Rao garu, being one of the senior most opthomologists interacts with the patient in a caring way.

The worst staff I have ever seen. No punctuality either for doctor or the staff. Staff will treat you like a beggar or even worse. The queue to the doctor is most unorganized and feels you are in Mumbai local train. Time for me to move on and I suggest you to avoid this doctor.

Bit I would like to request the hospital mgmt to reconsider the process of collecting mobile nos. of patients who register themselves the O.P desk. I somehow feel that the name, age & place of patient would be suffice for any hospital to initiate the treatment process. It would be better if they leave it to patient's will to give his / her mobile no. or not. Hope this gets carried to the persons concerned. Thanks.

Today I have visited this hospital .. I have seen an incident that A lady staff is disrespecting an old man (A man came from village ) that he doesnt know how to put his head in front of machine and forcily moved his head multiple ways and shouting infront of others patients… RESPECT every Patient irrespective of status .. Writing this review because the doctor might see this and alert their staff ..

No parking. Bills are not given unless you ask them explicitly, which i felt unfare. And for OP if u give more than 300 i mean 500 or 2000 during op form write up, receptionist doest not give u change back immediately they just tag your money along with OP and after doctor consultation, which generally may take around 2 hours depending on crowd, if you still remember and ask receptionist regarding your cash u get it othewise not!, this i felt not at all professional, in fact i felt very much unfare

The best and the most preferred opthalmologist in both Guntur and Vijayawada. Hospital has all instruments and fully equipped . Just have an issue of crowd and it's not that worrying as you can take appointment in advance.
