Bad experience They given incorrect eye sights measurements to me. Later I verify with lenskart. It's clearly incorrect measurements given by Bharathi hospital. I suggested the doctor, pls examine patient properly UHID No:BH0035043 Time 12pm on 1/11/2024 I came for checkup

Dr sorry to share this review, One of the worst optical store that you have, the hospital will definately impact from optical store they dont have manners ,and directly scolding to poor people. For frame and glasses they have charged 8500/ The same frame and glass out side (vendor)of the hospital 3500/ Optical store person openly telling that we need to give percentage to doctor so that we are selling this price , if you want to take just stay or else move from store,this kind of behaviour will impact on hospital

Worst experience I faced with this hospital they don't care about the patient. they are charging Rs 400 . There is no neatness there is no patient care it's worst experience totally please avoid such hospital. Reception people won't give proper response. They won't check your eye sight properly

ONE FRAUDULENT DOCTOR. I am sorry to say that in this hospital I was misleaded by one young lady Doctor.. She referred my mother's operated & optic nerve damaged eye for laser treatment which not needed. She depended on her Rs.2750/- pension only. They billed 2 thousand rupees for laser treatment. IT'S ONE KIND OF FRAUD. How can she survive?? It is not correct to the Doctor. Please don't do like this to another one. Remind once that..... At the last episode of Life you have to leave all your earnings here and go with empty hands... For this kind of frauds the God must be punished.. For your response to my review... I am saying that there is not needed laser treatment for blocked optic nerve. It's not a proper way to refer for it and recieved 2 thousand rupees from a poor old woman who is depending on the pension of Rs.2,750/- per month. Your valuable equipments are not needed her and she is not responsible for your more valuable machines and equipments. She came only for Cataract surgery by having her Arogya sree card. But one of your Doctor misleaded her to recieved 2 thousand rupees from her. She is a very poor and nobody is there to look after her. It's very panic. You also will be known when you will be experienced the same sad tears.

My grand mother had got operated both the eyes for Cataract problem(6th Septemberand 12th September, 2023).she had received a very pleasant experience from all the staff. Very pleasant, cordial atmosphere at the hospital. Very skillful, veteran, versatile doctors. A very pain free operation. Iam very thankful to the doctor Harika Reddy for her skills, knowledge and patience. Her attitude and pleasantness towards patients are highly admirable.

VERY WORREST SERVICE,THEY DO ONE TIME OPPRESSION 5 TIMES ,FINALLY PATIENT BLIEND

Worst experience. Cataract surgery is very expensive. Unprofessional staff and doctor. Recently my father has undergone cataract surgery. Paid 25k excluding charges for lab tests, OP token and medicines(1100 lab+ 400 OP + 1000 medicines). After 30 days of surgery my father has been complaining that his vision is blurry in the eye which has undergone surgery. We again visited the hospital thrice to check on this. Each time we need to pay 400 for OP even though we have undergone surgery only a month back. Doctor has said there is no problem everything is alright. Then we have visited another opthalmologist for second opinion. Doctor said there is problem with the cataract placed. We have paid 30k of our hard earned money but with no satisfaction. Worst experience. Please don't visit this hospital. Please opt for other better options available.

12.12.23 me and my mother visited this hospital, every thing is going good, when we consult to the arogya sri counter one of the guy insulted my mother and rudely spoke "i will cancel your arogya sri,". I took this easy, but I have a doubt that how that guy behave like that , and what his authority to cancel the arogya sri ?
