Anju Eye Care Hospital

I am in hospital. Eye checkup doctors looks like Juniors. Before staff not available now. The hospital changed the floor always. This hospital always treat per recommendation. The ordinary person should wait more then 3 hours even for eye checkup by paying consultant fee. Any recommend or knowing person they should be treated within 10 mins. We always visiting this hospital for eye checkup. But still facing the same issue, the staff not taking care on priority. Always sending persons based on the person recommendation. If you have higher people recommendation you can go directly even no need to pay or no need to fill any document. If you are number 1 in the list you going by after 10 number The middle numbers are coming from appointment with same amount neither you need have a known person to go directly even no need to register your name in the register. Staff not taking care about number, they forgotten they nis documented.

I am really appreciate all workers in this hospital my mother ramanamma 72 years old today treated in day care basis she is very happy and satisfied I thank manager sir and eye test staff and doctor very good caring and respect to all patient in rush time Special Thanks to manager sir and doctor madam for kind gesture to my mother

So far, this is the WORST HOSPITAL for eye surgeries in Kakinada. Good for normal complaints other than surgeries. This Doctor feel proud of himself in operating 18 to 20 eyes in a day by alloting 7 to 10 seconds time to each surgery. This is making the situation worst. We had very very bad experience and after 3 months...still suffering with pain and swelling after surgery. By the way, Never trust the PRO team here especially a tall cunning guy with spectacles named Thrinath. He never cares once you make payment and signed their cinditional document.

Very well organized staff and doctors. Quick response from the staff in reception. Post operation my father's vision has improved a lot and satisfied with the overall experience. Special thanks to Dr. Teja for taking care of his patients with personal touch.

Bad response from the staff not able to listen the problem, they own deciding what to do, without completing the call disconnecting phone. It is too much. I have great experience from the doctor teju garu previously but staff spoiling the fame of doctor sir and hospital.

Wanted to give 4 stars for teja sir but found out he doesn’t visit the hospital often. Wanted to give 3 stars for still maintaining good service but then found out you are forced to leave your footwear “outside the Hospital gate” on the roadside and roam in the entire hospital bare foot. On questioning, they behaved rudely and said it is to keep hospital floor clean. I’m surprised to see the doctors in the hospital ignoring this issue including Dr. Teja, as there are several patients who are diabetic and not wearing slippers can harm their feet. Moreover, keeping the floor clean shouldn’t be a reason to make patients and their attenders walk in the entire hospital bare foot while the staff and doctors have special slippers to wear inside the premises. I don’t think patients are their first priority. I wish patients were more aware of hazards of not wearing footwear indoors. I was upset to see so many patients sitting inside bare footed. I wouldn’t have visited the hospital if I knew they are following this ritual like temples. Being a doctor myself, I’ve been to so many hospitals in India and abroad but not one hospital does this. Please make amendments, it brings the reputation of this “Alberta INTERNATIONAL eye hospital “ to dust.
