FAKE FRAME ALERT! Vogue frame that I have purchased from this Titan Eyeplus store in kakinada, broke and the steel coating on the frame peeled off completely. Two sales men who are at this store denied replacement though it is in warranty period. And I did not expect this from such a brand. I would NOT recommend this store to anyone. Beware of fake frames sold at this store.

-Earlier it was good but today i visited- 04-09-2022 . there is one guy i never seen him before in this store but his behaviour little bit awkward. seems this store is going lose its past reputation.
Affordable and Good service
I visited lenskart first before visiting Titan eye plus.....the behaviour of the staff is rude they said don't come inside the store wait for 30min and I went to the store after 30 and then the manager said you have to wait 3hrs and I asked why he didn't respond I said i came here to buy eye glasses and I want to see...he said you only choose the frame after ye check up....I said to check my eyes then he replied rudely you've to wait 4hrs,and then I left and visited Titan Eye Plus the staff there said me everything about eye glasses and checked my eyes and purchased them excellent service.
Decent collection.Very friendly staff and always helpful. Had a pleasant experience overall. Keep up the good work.
