We exactly went at 8 pm, and asked for eye check up for my mother She have checked the other customers eye check up upto 8:25 pm so we have waited n still they simply rejected after so much waiting.they discriminate between customers and even they don't considerate about senior citizens time n effort .worst experience ever have with lenskart SV complex branch ,never visit again

Pathetic service to say the least..we went at 12am and was told the person who checks vision will be available after 12.30. We checked back at 2pm, then we were told there is a wait.We waited for about 10 mins,left and came back 15mins later. We again waited for 15 mins,then the person took my details and entered it into his tab.After 10 mins,they asked me to sit on the chair where vision will be checked, only for the person checking my vision to tell me its not my turn and its some other person’s turn.We have checked in 3 times..y were our details not entered the first time itself? Pathetic service..they have no value for customer’s time

I have visited lenskart store today. Staff is good and especially Mr. Sundar and one more staff...For the eyetest, they are very patient and checked every details eithaxis value and cylindricak value... I prefer Lenskart for sure

LensDart is using this place now. I got fooled after going thinking that it is lenskart. Please take necessary action. They are taking your business.

Been there few days ago. but, they have not explained me about full offers according the purchase. (And purchasing online/other branch through the lenskart gold membership)
