Treatment was really good but the process need some improvements like time management, they need to give value to patients time, I waited almost 3hr over there for simple eye check up needs to take care of it

I had a disappointing experience at the eye hospital. The staff exhibited the worst behavior, and despite claiming to care for parents, their actions were far from it. This marked my third visit, and after encountering similar behavior for the second time, it's disheartening. We scheduled an appointment for December 26, 2023, due to the doctor's unavailability. However, when we visited on December 27, 2023, they made us wait for over 1.5 hours before finally calling us in to see the doctor. Despite contacting customer care prior to our visit, they provided inaccurate information about the doctor's availability. Although the doctor's treatment was good, the staff's lack of care and inappropriate behavior significantly impacted the overall experience.

Worst experience. Hospital asking advantage of Insurance and looting money. If you need better hospitality don't vist. If you have Isurance please Don't vist here. Even though my isurance is cashless asking money to deposit

I recently went for a eye checkup, and my experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the hospital was clean, organized, and welcoming. The reception staff were courteous, and the check-in process was smooth. Doctor who conducted my eye exam, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Overall great experience👍
