LV Prasad Eye Institute

I visited here once , experience is bad , the hospital people are asking unnecessary documentation and details. Patients are coming from villages actually they don't know to carry the documents of issued by government of India i.e adhar card,pan etc.... We are requesting them to pay total amount as per hospital rates but they don't. Not even to talk in the phone call. I'm asking who is taking authority for this branch please look into it . Don't suffer the patient they are coming slove the problems so don't create more ... One small suggestion please take the amount for consultation some people are able to pay the amount so excuse them. Poor ratings for staff . I'm also working in hospital I know how they follow rules. Thank you 🙏

1.Nice infrastructure & equipment facilities. 2.Polite and well decent staff 3.Great food serving everyone without any discrimination 4.rooms & washrooms maintaining very clean 5.OP & surgery costs are very low when compared to others as per my enquiry. 6. City level standards maintained. This hospital is not for profit Moto. It is a service organizations.

No requirement to say about lv Prasad eye institute. The name which serving lakhs of people. To be honest they majorly serve the people without any cost to the people who can't afford to have treatment with money.

3 months back I visit for eye checkup with my Brother in-law Mudumala Philips. I taken spectacles. Best checkup, nice receiving. I am happy.

I am not sure about the service. But the response is not good enough, It would be great if an employee is hired for just OPs and queries.

It is good place for quality eye check up and surgeries,very efficient staff and good behaviour.
