Hi Everyone, I would like to share my experience at ARKA Eye Hospital. I recently underwent pterygium surgery, and I'm happy to report that it went well. I was able to get reimbursement for all my medical expenses, including the surgery costs, thanks to the dedicated insurance team. Special thanks to Chinnayya Sir for providing all the necessary insurance documents post-surgery, which allowed me to claim the full amount from my insurance company. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and cooperative. His support made the entire process smooth, and he was always reachable when I needed assistance. I'm also very grateful to Gopala Krishna sir for performing the surgery and to everyone who supported me throughout this journey. I am very satisfied with the insurance team and the overall support I received. Keep up the great work and best wishes to Chinnayya Sir!.....

Hi All, My family member recently had an lasik surgery done by Dr. Gopala Krishna sir, he is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!”. He suggested all the surgeries which would be possible according to patient conditions with pro’s and con’s. We had visited 4 to 5 eye hospitals before coming to Arka, but no other doctors gave a positive hope for us for 100% recovery of eye power. We will be thankful and forever grateful to Dr. Gopala Krishna sir. And coming to Insurance team, we were able to get all the reimbursement money with the help of chinnaiah sir. This wouldn’t be possible because of him. He make sure to follow up with medical insurance team at least 2 to 3 times each and everyday to get full reimbursement. Once again thanks to each and everyone who made our journey with arka very smooth. And I would definitely recommend this hospital to everyone.

Treatment and doctor wise very good. For health insurance claims, they are not processing health insurance well and eventhough the complete claim approved, they are taking money and but not reimbursing the amount.

Opted this hospital for LASER surgery and it was successful. Also Chinnaiah from insurance team had provided good service in getting the insurance and also helped whenever I required his help.

Best eye hospital in Nellore. Dr. O Gopala Krishna sir, he is a well experienced doctor. Staff behaviour is nice.

Insurance staff doesn't know what he is doing and we had to pay a huge amount out of pocket. I hope that the Dr. OGK will change his staff and administrative department. They are charging different amount for insurance folks and Cash payments. Hospital don't have tie-up with any insurance and running with other hospital and grabbing the money.

5 stars to the most skilled opthomology surgeon in the country. 0 stars to the horrible nurses who has no compassion and the insurance guy doesn't know what he is doing and we had to pay a huge amount out of pocket. I hope that the Dr. OGK will change his staff and administrative department.
