My Dad and Mom got their cataract surgery done by Dr. Kiran Kumar. Initially we are very worried for their surgery my sister's friend recommended Dr. Kiran Kumar and he made my parents feel comfortable. Both are doing fine, after care is also excellent. Staff were very nice . Very efficient doctor. I would definitely recommend this hospital and doctor.....

Dr.Kiran have been an excellent doctor , I had my Mother in Law cataract operation in Lotus hospital .Dr.Kiran is an excellent doctor ,with lot of expertise and patience to deal with people seeking treatment. The best and most recommended doctor (Dr.Kirankumar) for eye related problems. He has lot of patience, very friendly and interactive with patients. My only suggestion to the Nayana eye care is to improve the time secnce apart from that I have faced no issues with either Doctor or Staff or Hospital environment.

Highly recommended this hospital. beacuse when my dad's eye problem was caused, before consulting nayana eye care hospital shown so many hospitals but no one given 100% guarantee to recover my dad's eye vision. Apart from expertise and skill, one should have time sense. I had terrible experience with Dr. Kiran at Nayana. When i had called him for an appointment on his mobile, he said, 9 am and he didn't turn up even by 10.30 am. This happened couple of times.. Why would you promise your patient , when you can't fulfil? Also their staff are not courteous at all.. The thing i didn't like is.. they do follow up calls for surgery patients ... i don't expect a hospital calling their patients and asking them " when do you want to get the surgery done" ? .. Please avoid: Follow ups and Please be on time... Never make false promises regarding your timings.. DON'T TAKE YOUR PATIENTS FOR GRANTED!
