The manager at Lenskart Ongole, Madhu, is the most arrogant and ill-mannered person I’ve ever come across. After spending ₹10,000 on specs, we went to know the details of cancellation policy immideatly after an hour we placed the order—but he spoke in the most disrespectful and disgusting manner possible. He has zero professionalism, no sense of how to talk to customers in a polite way, and especially no respect. This isn’t a one-time issue—his rude, disrespectful behavior was consistent in all our visits.Lenskart should be ashamed to have such a person as a manager; he’s a disgrace to customer service. He infact informed us there's no such refund policy full amount will not be refunded and during our next visit another person at the billing counter addressed us in a polite way and told all the details clearly then we understood the policies clearly got convinced and received the order without cancellation... I still wonder how a manager is supposed to behave like that by misleading us with the wrong policies !!!

Appreciable efforts by the team over here. They explained everything patiently and helped to chose best options from the collection. Eye test is absolutely free.

I visited the Lenskart store, and I must say, the store was well-organized, with a wide variety of stylish frames to choose from. Thanks to Mr. D Nagaraju who assisted me with patient, and friendly, to find the perfect pair of glasses based on my preference.

Staff are not much active. When I requested for Anti glare be coated on glasses, it was replied it is not useful while driving vehicle. I am not happy with his reply ultimately my glasses are delivered with out coating.can I exchange my glasses online instead of through store here. Reply is solicited.

Not even providing carry care bag carrying all with hand , even 50rs tiffin center care about customers better

Frames and lens quality are good. Spectacles shop is only to display, try and to check the quality of frames of Lenskart.com and all the orders will be placed to manufacture unit at Gurugram, Haryana. Prices at the shop and online website/app are same, there is no difference at all. After making order in the shop they will take 3 to 4 days to deliver the product. They will also provide option to deliver spects directly to home.

Excellent service , Manager Bala Chandra know what customer wants, help in choosing correct frames. Good technicians overall good service.
