My father sk Mastan Vali, Age is 63, we opted Payment service. but we are Not satisfied, Just for our satisfaction Ac are visible but not working, Patients are suffering due to excess heat. It takes lot of time to move file from one test to another test. Very poor patient service, we need lot of patience to sit inside this hospital and get check up. Finally I request hospital management to took into the AC and make the environment cool improve ac services, Otherwise patient will go to better option and service hospital like dr Agarwal, vasan care, rk eye centre. MR SHEET NO: SEHGNT/934213/25. However Dr. Sri Lakshmi Sikhakoli Madam approch and explanation is excellent. Very well Explained about my Father eyes (glaucoma issue) 5 out of 5 for doctor garu. I feel She is an asset for sankara hospital, Guntur. Satisfied with doctor treatment.

Treatment is absolutely fine. But, you must have mammoth patience to visit here. Your patience will be tossed here. Make sure you have food and enough strength before reaching here. Will take long hours for your turn.. Better don't prefer This One. Over crowded with limited staff

This hospital is ridiculous with worst staff and process. It takes almost 1st day to get admitted. Staff is literally taking lot of time to address a small task. The whole process can be minimized to less than 4 hours, but management simply playing with illiterate and poor people. This management know that people have no other option for the eye car. I agree with best doctors and treatment but there should be some process streamlined for patient comfort atleast during summer. More than five star rating can be given if this is rectified. As a whole this is not a place for people who value time and organized.

Very good service all eye treatments are available for free, the hospital was full cleaned friendly staff, nurse behaviour was so good they treated every patient with kind of patience and explained everything..

The good and best hospital hospital for eye care But so much time delay total hospital And sisters and nurse are not at giving respect to patient Even no gloves and not using strile hand rub before of any eye drops Sister of 324 cabin scaning person are rude behaviour Not proper hygiene not there Finally dr treatment is good but staff behaviour and and care tooo worst in this hospital

No well educated doctors and staff members are very rude on rural people coming from villages and un hygiene toilets and un cleaned floor very worst hospital I have seen in my entire life I will not recommend to go and consult this hospital for eye check up please be aware about your eyes and do not go to this type of hospital you will get different type off virus and un hygiene place so be careful
