I was quite disappointed with the misleading promotion of the John Jacobs glasses at Lenskart. The “Buy 2 for ₹5000” offer seems attractive, but in reality, it only applies to frames with zero-power lenses. When I visited the store, I was told that if I have a prescription, I’d have to pay around ₹8000, which was never mentioned in the advertisement. This lack of transparency in pricing is frustrating and feels like a marketing trick. I hope Lenskart improves its communication and makes all terms clear in future promotions.
