I'm impressed with the excellent service I received at Agarwal Eye Hospital's optical department! I visited to get my old glasses cleaned, and the staff, Prabhakar, were extremely helpful and courteous. Not only did he clean my glasses thoroughly, but he also changed the nose pads and did a frame service for free! The service was prompt, and Prabhakar's attention to detail was impressive. I'm grateful for the exceptional care and kindness shown by the staff. I highly recommend Agarwal Eye Hospital for their outstanding service and commitment to customer satisfaction. The environment is decent. But they are not transparent on the lens being used for cataract surgery and they are not disclosing the details of the lens. Hence drooped the plan to get the surgery. Got the surgery done at L V Prasad associated hospital at Nidadavolu successfully at a very reasonable cost.

Worst service at health card update point for government approval to patients who need surgery. Need to take immediate action as the person is not available in the seat since my 3 hours waiting, no alternative person was there to help. Should be rated with negative ranking only for this person.

Worst eye specticals i have ever purchased.. They recommended as best anti reflection spects.. The film was peeled off with in 1 year 5 months cost was huge of 10,500 rupees.. The sales man when asked told negligent replay saying warrant stands for 1 year.. Dont trust the words of these people.. And dont spoil your money on purcharing products here..

I'm thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service I received from Agarwal Eye Hospital! I recently purchased glasses from them, but unfortunately, I accidentally sat on them and broke them. I visited the hospital again, feeling embarrassed and worried about the repair. But the staff, particularly Prabhakar, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. All other staff are good...But one examiner at no 5 counter ...very rude with me...Instead of explaining me, that girl talked very impolitely with a 72 years person like me...When I told her to calm up, she reiterated that it is the behaviour of her..and suddenly she left me testing and went away . Some other assistant came and completed the testing...If you donot set her right by explaining the manners and behaviour with patients, your hospital image may be tarnished....All other staff are courteous and polite except this lady...That's why I'm giving you 4 star rating only
