Doctars treatment and way of talking so good But some hospital staff were very rude behaviour Cooking staff service is good and friendly nature Washroom maintanence is bad If you pay money directly you were may be treat very well else you don't expect respect from some so called staff 5th visit after operation checkup for child experience 👉Doctor before:- We will take care of everything, your daughter will be able to see well after the operation. 👉Doctor after final checkup:- Take your daughter to L.V. Prasad Hospital in Hyderabad. If you knew this in advance, why couldn't you tell me? I had great faith in the doctors at your hospital. They proved all my expectations wrong again. We lose money as well as precious my niece valuable golden time. But you tell easily we can't do😑😔😔😔 Thank you very much sir/madam such a good understanding about my niece eye situation 🙏🙏

Worst hospital i have ever seen, outdated medical equipments, treating patients very harshly, very unprofessional, They dont deserve even one star also, the crowd of the patients is not due to the reputation of the hospital, but due to partial treatment, same patients come everyday from day 1 to day 10, and there is no space for new patients😆

The worst eye hospital... They are treating people and patients as beggars, the total hospital depends upon arogya Sri patients but treating as beggars, security guard also very rude behaviour.. he didnt open door by 8.30 pm. Is this Rajahmundry city or a village ?? How can an attendant can come by 8 o clock. Are we don't have any other works?? No seperate food facility for EHS patients... No respect to patients and their attendants.. all the staff and doctors are too much rude. Feeling like hell.

One of the worst hospital I have ever been to in my life. They do not allow you to visit the doctor even after referred diabetes doctor. The staff will write a prescription and they force you to wait for hours. They also threaten you to buy the glasses or will they wont correct your eyesight next time. They person who is supposed to get the glasses ready said he will be open until 8.00 PM but closed the shop at 7.00. He stopped picking the phone call. Now we have to travel one more day just for glasses. These people have no ethics, unfit to run a hospital, let alone being a doctor in the first place.

After surgery came here for routine checkup along with patient. At reception nobody cared. They told us wait for scanning report. Patients are coming and going nearly we wait upto one hour. They told us go and come after noon. My self I am public related person .working as principal. I came here along with my wife for assistance. poor response. Doctors are good
