Best doctor for eye check up, both for adults and kids. Dr Krishna spends good amount of time with patient while examining and he patiently listens to our concerns. The best part here in this hospital is that there are no diploma based employees for calculating the AR readings and examining the patients reading power. Everything is thoroughly done and executed by the doctor himself. Absolutely not commercial, only 10 patients per day. I should say this is best eye care clinic in Rajahmundry city after visiting three to four other famous hospitals in the city. Both my mother and kid got treated by the doctor.

Worst staff behaviour. Please teach your staff to speak in a polite way to the patients. For taking an appointments on call also they are speaking rude. Never faced this kind of behaviour from any hospital, didn't expect this from Krishna eye hospital. I won't prefer this hospital to anyone. We are paying the amount for a treatment not to scolded by your staff unnecessarily. If your staff not having that much patience to handle patients just change then or else close your hospital. It's good for you.

Called them around 9:30 AM for an appointment, I was asked to call by 10:30 since that’s when appointments starts. I again called them at 10:27 and politely asked “Did the appointment start? I was asked to call at 10:30” and the receptionist lady replied arrogantly saying “Inka 10:30 avvaledu kada Antha kangaru padipothe elaga chala busy ga unam”. I replied back with arrogance and disconnected the call. Did not expect this from Vimalamma garu’s heir. Teach your staff to behave with the customers. Never going there again.

Doctor is the best, but the only problem is they will take only 10 cards per day. If u get the card then the treatment and the checkup is done by very careful examination by the doctor.

Not good..... waiting time ....we have to stand in q from 7am to 9am....for appointment, but there is no guarantee for appointment..only 6cards per day...then next day same process ess.,.

Patients are numbers to them. Very inefficient and bogus hospital
