Worst service ever.. they had alternated the left eye degree to right and right to left.. because of this the eye sight increased for my child .. as he is too small to identify.. we came to know once we went for regular check up to hospital..otherwise we don’t even know as they are too young to identify the difference..so plz ask them to check in front of you if you are receiving the order…really very disappointed as it’s my first order and never go for brand ..

The staff are not explaining the product details clearly to the customers. 2 months back my glasses frame screw was fell down and I have given it for repair for putting a new screw, but they have done welding to my frame stating that the joint was broken. By that time the insurance is in existence. I purchased the glasses during March 2024. Today again the welding part was broken. When I visit the store they said the insurance is over and a new frame is to be ordered and it is the only thing left. This is the behaviour of staff at this stores
