The staff were highly cooperative and supportive throughout. Special thanks to Gowthami, who was incredibly friendly and polite. She explained everything with great patience and even helped me with my insurance claim, making the entire experience hassle-free.

Everything else was nice except for the fact that my consultation process was rushed maybe because i just went for a simple eye sight checkup i was not even given the time to comprehend the process was much rushed and im not sure whether i should get my glasses prescribed as they said beacuse i think i wanted some time to check thoroughly whether that prescription is best/not for me. My experience was not good. I went there after looking at the google review so its my responsibility to post my honest review here.

I have taken lasik treatment recently in smart vision. Treatment is successful and now I have got vision of 6/6. Hospital environment is excellent and very hygienic. Staff and doctors are very friendly in nature. You can go for lasik treatment in this hospital without any fear or doubt👍🏻👍🏻

I had my Lasik treatment 3 months ago, everything is good now. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The doctor is a gentleman and he encouraged me to go for the treatment after checking my eyesight. Thanks for their work and medication, I have 6/6 vision now without glasses. I recommended this as a good option for people living in and around Rajahmundry.
