We had a deeply upsetting experience at this hospital. The doctor we consulted was not only dismissive and rude but also appeared highly unprofessional. After a major surgery, he failed to clearly explain the procedure or provide any guidance on post-operative care, leaving our family feeling confused and helpless. During the surgery, his behavior toward the staff was shocking—he was shouting, creating a tense and chaotic atmosphere. This made us seriously doubt his skills and professionalism. It felt like he lacked the qualities expected of someone with such critical responsibilities. This experience was truly disappointing, especially given the trust we place in medical professionals during crucial times. Based on our troubling encounter, we strongly recommend others to think twice before seeking treatment at this hospital.

The first visit was very good, and he speaks nicely. However, after the operation, from the second visit onward, his attitude changes completely. He becomes very rude and overly commercial. He lacks basic manners on how to speak to a patient. It feels like he is just surviving on his father’s legacy.

Hi, just now I visited this Hospital rather than a market. I met with a rude person in a position to treat people like animals and his ATM only. This is the bitterist experience I ever had.

It’s a good treatment and good environment .I received during my recent visit to your hospital. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable by your attentive staff. The professionalism and compassion demonstrated by the nurses, doctors, and all personnel were truly commendable. I recently had eye surgery performed by Dr.Sandeep reddy sir and I am extremely happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, Dr. Sandeep sir and the entire team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The surgery itself was a highly successful one. I'm this excited because I had multiple complications to my right eye which was operated, I had an ICL done for it long back, later for the same eye I got my retina detached and now I was diagnosed with cataract, out of these many complications Dr Sandeep sir have done the surgery just like that informing me each and everything before and by making my mindset fixed and I am thrilled with my improved vision. Dr. Sandeep sir explained every step of the procedure in detail, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The recovery was smooth, and the follow-up care was thorough and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr.sandeep sir to anyone considering for eye surgery being it a Retina or cataract. Their expertise and dedication to patient care are truly exceptional. The latest equipment which he uses also makes us comfortable during the process & good post surgery recovery. Finally I need to thank Dr G R Reddy sir who is really a god for our family for treating our family members of 3 generations, his expertise of 3 decades in treating patients is highly commendable. Excellent treatment at the hospital. Very professional behaviour of the staff. Above all, Dr Sandeep Reddy garu is one of the most promising and very knowledgeable doctor in twin states I have ever seen. A perfect clinic and a must go hospital for any kind of eye challenges.
