Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital

I have visited Dr Agrwal eye hospital at tiruati for my mother eye surgery on 17.2.25... 9.20am. It is my unfair experience. Nobody is maintain timings. Dr. Karanam had arrived late at 11am. She did operation. But the next day visit i.e. 16.2.25, again they brought my mother to operation theatre, said that lens slipped side. how they did 1 operation after one. God only knows!.They asked us again come nextday. on 17.2.25, we were there at 9.10am. The EHS staff mr. Kishore arrived room no. 1 at 10.15am When i asked him to do discharge, he shouted loudly on me "getout of room". I complained this issue against him to hospital incharge mr. Siva, he said to raise complaint online. at that time was 11.20am. Is it his own house? is he a superior? My mother is 80yrs. how such old ailing patients go for treatment from this type of staff. I got lasik treatment last week in Dr Agarwal tirupati. Here staff and receptionist are so cool and dealing with the patients in a good way. Staff are really friendly with the patients. I satisfied with the response I got and caring during the surgery.

We recently took my mother to Dr.Agarwals (tirupati) for her cataract surgery, and we had a wonderful experience. The doctors were highly professional, explained the entire procedure in detail, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process. The hospital staff was kind, patient, and always available to assist us with any queries. The post-surgery care was well-managed, and follow-up consultations were easy to schedule. The cleanliness and hygiene standards at the hospital were impressive.

I am suffering from Uveitis in my left eye for the last 12 years and I am taking treatment from Dr.Sumanth. By that time he was in Nellore. He gave me good treatment. When he shifted to Tirupathi, I am coming to your hospital for Dr. Sumanth' s treatment. I lost my eye sight twice during this period. Dr. Sumanth treated me and I got my eyesight. He is very efficient. What else I can say about him. I have no words to say about his greatness. I am very much thankful to your staff. They are friendly and co-operative.I am impressed by the hospitality of your hospital.

Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital is located at Air by-pass road near Laxmipuram Circle, Tirupati. This hospital is maintained well, very clean and hygienic. Dr Karanam Sai Rani treated with outmost care and clarified all our doubts with more patience. Opticals(lens & frame) are also available here. Washrooms are maintained well. Recommended.

Very BAD Experience for us @ Tirupati Agarwal hospital . Doctors and reception response is not that great , we heard good reviews and went for eye checkup but had very bad experience . We had specialist doctor appointment for contact lens and doctor has not come that day and staff knows that he is not there but made us wait for 2 hours and later we understood the situation , suggest NOT to go to these corporate hospitals !!

I visited the hospital with my uncle, who had undergone eye surgery a year ago and was there for a follow-up review with the doctor. Before the consultation, I noticed that the process was highly disorganized. There was no proper queue, and patients were not informed about their turn. People were entering and leaving the doctor’s room without being called in an orderly manner.
