After looking at the reviews, we preferred Navya netralaya for a treatment. My mother had developed complications post surgery. There could be various reasons to it but she is unable to see light and eyes are watery all the time. When we have consulted doctor and explained the problem, he was very rude and not ready to listen to patient or attendant. I am not writing this review not to damage the credibility of the hospital or the doctor but the fact is that she can't go to the doctor again because of the rude behaviour and she continued suffering from burning and water sensation in the eye. She is so sensitive that she is not ready to go to any other doctor with this issue. We treat doctor as a god. Patients expects that doctor and the staff listens to them and responds with confidence. When it comes to a treatment to a sensitive organ like eye should be treated with lots of patience. I should also write on billing part! but i am more concerned on rude behaviour which is painful than the health pain. Hope hospital understands this and patients are not ill treated.

Completely Worst hospital , worst doctor worst staff.. Once we enter into doctor room for checkup - Without even asking our problem, Doctor himself checking eyes and concludes that we are not having any problem.. After doctors conclusion- I tried to explain symptoms which I am suffering to him- then doctor saying that ,I have checked your eyes right - there is no problem to your eyes.. If anyone visited hospital for checkup means - Firstly doctor should ask patient about their problems ..then they should advise certain medicine. Everyone is having adhar and arogya sree card right - while entering into hospital for OP -Receptionist should guide patients that it's free if we submit adhar and arogya sree right - but they didn't mentioned anything - After payment they are saying it's free for OP if we submit these 2 cards.. Coming to billing part - just for one scan - they have charged 2000 rs.. and there is no bill for this..So I have asked bill for this scan..here comedy thing is they have given written bill for me by mentioning I have paid 2000 rs for scan..

I had Lasik Surgery (prk), I must say the process was very smooth. All the staff, Dr. Krishna Murthy garu and Mr. Bala Subramanyam garu was very helpful and supportive. Surgery went well and the post surgery assistance had also been fantastic. Overall a great experience and I recommend Navya Nethralaya hospital to others for their eye care and surgeries. Special Thanks to Bala Subramanyam for guidence of whole process. And Dr Krishna Murthy garu for proper take care while Doing surgery Which made me comfortable from nervous. #Perfect

One of the best hospital I have ever visited. Treating people and Services are very good friendly nature.I have done Lasik operation by D.R. Krishnamurthy. Very good caring with patient concerns.
