Titan Eye+ at Air Bypass Rd, Tirupathi

I have visited this place on Friday and after checkup I said I will give order only if I can get the lenses by Tuesday and by Wednesday morning I will be out of tirupati..I was told I will get the lenses by Sunday which they will try then sunday became Monday and then Tuesday and finally they said Thursday.. there was an option to collect the order from chennai but they said we will make sure you will receive before Tuesday EOD..but as it got delayed and they got onlt on thursday I HAD TO TRAVEL from CHENNAI to TIRUPATI just to PICK LENSES and a 4hr journey each way and the additional money I had to spend...I would say the customer service is pathetic, I said I was moving out of country and busy. Just because of their pure gross negligence my entire schedule for one day was disturbed.. had an option present, I would have given a ZERO rating...don't promise whatever you can't keep up...in my vase simple solution would have been pick up at chennai titan eye plus location and they would have 8 days to deliver the product...which was not encouraged by the showroom staff ..pathetic and horrible service.
