Most unprofessional and disrespectful employees. Dilip opticals lost their decades old Glory in the recent past. The worst part is that it's management is least bothered about any complaint.

More staff required to check paitents and there was very less models in store.But price is ok

I went to the optometrist to ask for a near vision glasses ( Reading glasses ), as I find my existing bifocal glasses inconvenient while using a computer. She suggested me to use progressive lens. I bought the same for Rs 3,950/- + spectacles cost. Using the new spectacles with progressive lens did not solve my problem for near vision. When I approached them again, they said my problem will resolve with an exclusive near vision glasses for the entire frame and did the same and reimbursed me Rs 1,150/- I had to spend Rs 2800/- exclusively for normal near vision glasses which also are not comfortable. Now I reverted back to my old bifocal glasses. Here both the optometrist as well as the shop are bent upon suggesting progressive lens, than resolving the original problem.

Optometrist was good and fast. The store has good range of products

Poor quality of frames, No replacement for damaged frames due to poor quality, prefer not to go as they have poor range of frames. Would have given Zero rating (if available).
