Awesome Experience. It’s our first visit for my Mom eye sight. It’s brand new building and hospital with latest infractions. Staff was very polite and well mannered. The way they handled the patients treatment is remarkable. It’s exact opposite to Raghavaiah Park. MG Road. Parking available for 2+4 wheeler. Thank you, Raghu

Worst time management … surgery patient literally need to wait for 5-6 hours for doctor to come … I value of time of patients …. Such long waiting time never experienced in any other hospital … very bad 👎

I don't know why medicine prescription is sent to pharmacy first, instead of giving it to the patient to enable him to purchase him. After purchase of medicine in hospital pharmacy only, the staff are giving prescription and file to patient. Further, after every test viz. vision test, computer examination and doctor examination, all before and after drops are given, why prescription to purchase spectacles is not given ? Why patient is asked to come after two days again, for the purpose of ONLY SPECTACLES, I do not understand. Except these two, I find the hospital good in everything.

We consulted Dr Satya Kishore, he is not even discussed the patients issues, just prescribed the glasses and told go and buy the glasses. Very bad experience, we will never visit this hospital again.

Dr tretment is very good, my self counciling person is not good respond, my reports is given with envelope cover.

It is the worst hospital in Vijayawada .. After surgery we came 3 times just for a check up which was never done too with the patient who underwent leg surgery also. Also staff will argue with you with a smiling face just not to get captured in the cameras .. They make allegations on you and even dis honor you with the same face .. And yet we should keep quiet untill our turn comes .. I took my grandmother for a check up and still they are showing the revenge attitude by sending everybody else except her for check up which lasts a few minutes .. After doing my night shift I came to learn from their rude staff .. Who doesn't value others'time .. Pathetic

The treatment side is the best. The price of optical frames and glasses are high compared with outside other optical stores.
