This showroom is well maintained and very tidy this is a very great, coming to the staff they are very friendly and calm and humble. My friend and I got the correct product and proper description for the shades they provide detailed information for the spectacles the sales person gave different types of spectacles and gave detailed info so finally the store deserves 5 stars.

Wide choice of collections. Free Eye test was quick and the guy doing it is appreciable with good attitude. Prices are better than non-branded outlets. Clarity of offers in billing is not clearly explained though. Staff are not invading personal space while selection which is a good thing and giving you time and space to try and choose your own choice.
Located on swathi road, Bhavanipuram. Service is good. We entered the store and selected the model frames displayed in the store. Sight power was checked with free of cost. Lots of varieties in frames were displayed there. Prices wise, it is reasonable but taxes are high.
Very worst experience with the customer service they provide for the customers. Apparao has placed my order he told blue ray everything to me and order 4 frames for 10k but he hasn't informed me about the insurance now they says it is your repsonbility for know t&c and to take care of the product. They are not even helping people and misleading to buy for there orders
