If you are not able to answer questions by your customer then you are useless to be there as a salesman. You can't ask us to buy another frame when we ask if you can do anything about the nose knob to be set so that the frame sits on both sides of the nose. BASIC COMMON sense which you lack and the way you answer arrogantly shows how pathetic you are in customer service. Hope you get mentally treated properly and given some training by Lenskart.
