I really enjoyed the visit, I got eye ware for my grand parents and the staff were very patient with all their question, especially Ms. Parimala. She did the eye test and showed all the glasses. I tried contact lens for the first, she helped each step of the way. Even the rest of the staff are very kind and helpful..!

This store always goes above and beyond my expectations, both in terms of service and products. The atmosphere is welcoming, and special mention goes to parimala who assisted me. She provided outstanding customer service, going above the beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. 5 star to Lenskart & especially this store. I had visited 2-3 stores in Vijayawada, all of them were good but I can say this store is at a step above than the others. This store is bigger in size making it spacious and have more frames. The manager Mr.Anvesh, Sales associative Mr.Ganesh & most importantly the lady sales associative Ms.Parimala who was really patient enough in getting frames selected for my mother, sister & wife. She was just not just having business mindset but she makes us feel that she is from customer side. She gave all inputs that she could give in our selection process. We were informed about the additional offers by the manager which made me purchase additional glasses which are zero sight & blue ray protection as my sister spends most of the time infront of Laptop. Cons : 1. Parking of a 4 wheeler, you could get space(2-3 cars space infront of the showroom) but ofcourse there is no dedicated parking. 2. They missed out informing me about their insurance plan. After invoice generation, insurance cannot be purchased. I therfore couldn't get it. Overall a store i would recommend. PS : I am neither relative or anyone who is promoting Lenskart or this store. Its a genuine feedback for others as I always see reviews before i go to any store.
