I had a great experience at the Lenskart store on Eluru Road, beside the South india shopping mall. The entire staff was welcoming, kind, and very helpful throughout my visit. A special mention to B. Uday Kumar, who stood out with his patience and dedication. Even after his shift had ended, he took the time to guide me and help me choose the right pair of spectacles without any rush. The professionalism and friendly nature of the whole team made my shopping experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this store for their excellent customer service!

Extremely well behaved staff, Good service - I went for a nose tips replacement and it was done in 2 minutes. Staff here makes you feel comfortable.
Went for frame adjustment and person told to come afternoon as staff not available, this happened to me 2 to 3 times and even after going they could not resolve the issue. Worst experience.
Lenskart flagship store at eluru road vijayawada. Never would I recommend. 1. Less models 2. Staff isn't knowledgeable and was rude to me especially mariya. Store manager also isn't helpful. 3. They are very hesitant to do the exchange or the refund. I was there for the first time to do the exchange. They were hesitant. Finally they have done. Moreover took away the cases or the packaging so that there's no possibility of exchange. Very disappointed with the service.
Average service. The store has enough staff but always customers have to wait. The repair person is always not available to fix minor issues.
