From the initial consultation to post-operative care, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, supportive, and professional. The surgery itself was remarkably quick and efficient, completed within just 10 minutes. The surgeon and her team were highly skilled and put me at ease throughout the process. I was impressed by their dedication to patient care and their responsiveness to any questions or concerns I had.

Hey team! I truly appreciate the way Dr. Swathi Mani ma’am interacts with patients—kudos to her professionalism, ( 10/10) However, the administration department (reception staff & accounts section) was extremely frustrating to deal with. They made me visit more than 6–7 times in just three days just to get my bills. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and rude.( 1/10) ⭐️ On the other hand, a big thanks to Nandini for being kind and supportive throughout the process until it was finally completed. ✅
