Sridevi Eye Hospitals, a unit of Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital

I went to this hospital after a friend suggested it. I was treated very well. The doctor who tested my eyes there was very kind and respectful. They tested me for free, but they didn't act cheap by saying it was free. The treatment here is great. I am very grateful to them for being so patient and methodical.

There is no proper service and the way of speaking is very rude

Staff are well trained in rendering service to the patients, cordial receiving and Doctor also has taken care in explaining the situations to the patient and has provided very nice treatment. I am very happy to say that the hospital is with good service moto rather than profit oriented.

Very bad, first basic and major qualities a doctor should have is 1)patience 2) listening to the patient These are the qualities in which doctor is lacking .. The way she argues with the patient and their family members without respect is what making us to not to visit the hospital again .. This is not the first time we faced this... Generally we all look at doctors as equal to God but ... Sorry to say this is the worst way a doctor can treat their patients .. Raising the voice against others without even trying to listen to other person doesnt make you superior..doctors should have the sensitivity to atleast try to understand different patients coming from different backgrounds with different problems.. Hope no one suffers like us again and hope she gets the lesson and gain some experience in treating people and maintain some hospitality. Thank you

Everything else is good except the doctor She doesn’t know how to behave with the patients. Doctor’s should loose their arrogance and should have patience. My humble request to Dr Aggarwal hospitals co. to select the doctors not just based on merit or caste or influence, etc. but to chose based on 360 degree analysis including academics as well as personality traits ( empathy, listening skills etc.). These skills are most important in India where half of our population are medically illiterates. Thank u for your service. And please don’t reply to this message with a stupid chat bot. Like it take it otherwise leave it. hasta la vista.
