Titan Eye+ at MG Road, Vijayawada

I asked for the best glasses with the frame of any cost, they gave me a worse product. I was unhappy with it right from the 1st month of the purchase. Now it’s been 6 months tho. The frame was bad I knew it while I was buying it, but I was expecting more on the glasses but the glass doesn’t ripple water or dust and instead it attracts 😆🤧

This was from bad to good experience, Except the person who checked my lens power rest of the staff are professional.Later on she explained herself. Even though lens power is higher than my previous one, Specs are so LIGHTWEIGHT and glasses are so GOOD with higher index and price. If I have to recommend ,visit this store just to get specs

The Frames are bit costly but lens are less price like anti glare glass for 649 only it is the best

This showroom does not offer you warranty. I purchased a frame here which was broken in 2 months. I requested for to take up for warranty. They didn't even consider for taking up. Later the same product was taken up by another Titan showroom. I received a new frame. Still don't understand why did this Titan mg road did not taken up my frame for warranty. Staff behaviour changed a lot before and after purchase of product. Suggest you visit another Titan store.

It was great experience in the store.I am regular customer to AV optics, I found absolute different with it. Staff was friendly and we'll knowledge. They were good patience too. Product variety was good. Overall it was a great and fantastic experience. I recommend titan eye to my friends and family particularly this store in Vijayawada.

Very good collection of glasses. Staff were so polite and very helpful. Recently got my eye test done there and the Optometrist was so nice, done detailed eye test and explained me about my eye condition. Given few tips also for managing dryness in the eye. Suggested and given me a contact lens trial experience for free. Helped me choosing the good frame that suits me well. I recommend this outlet for your eye test, glasses and contact lens.
