Hospital premises were maintained very neatly. Dr. Praveen is very polite and professional towards all his patients. He patiently explains all the aspects of the case to the patient and gives good suggestions. I used to accompany my grandpa to Udaya hosp while the clinic used to be at Pusha hotel center, and I was very much impressed with how the doctor interacts with all types of patients very politely. Now I went all the way from Eluru for getting my sight checked. Patients continue to visit Udaya hosp due to the pleasant experience they have with every visit. Lasik wasn't recommended to me, as it was unnecessarily in my case.

Simply i can say these people are doing business without ethics and humanity. Dr Praveen sir encourage fake frame providers named Tanya Opticals, request all of you don't take eye glasses there in tanya opticals. They cheated me by stating that frame was non breakable. Also the glasses also differed with each one when I check. Frame charged for 1200 but it's plastic frame and it's not worth as I made an enquiry.

Dr Praveen is very professional with sound knowledge. Very soft spoken and kind hearted. Perfect place for treatment of eye diseases
