The hospital was very hygenic and clean and is equipped with latest technology - the best eye hospital I have ever visited. The staff were very professional and courteous. I went there to check retinopathy. The doctor Ms. Vishnu Deepthi thoroughly explained the condition and provided the preventive measures I should take. I also did a general eye check up there and the whole experience was very satisfactory and well managed. Overall I'm very pleased with the care and attention I have received.

Unprofessional behavior by the staff. I visited this hospital for an eye infection, and while the treatment was fine, they failed to provide complete instructions on how to use the prescribed eye drops. When I called the number printed on my prescription to clarify the dosage, the doctor got defensive, claiming it was her personal number. Instead of addressing my medical concern, she questioned why I was calling. If the hospital mistakenly prints a personal number instead of the official contact, that is their fault, not the patient’s. No one has time to call unnecessarily—patients call only when they need help. This kind of unprofessional attitude is unacceptable.
